Three manuscript charters, on parchment, in cursive script, produced in England in 1566, 1574, and 1598. They consist of: an indenture signed by the Earl of Arundel, Lord Lumley, and his wife, leasing lands in Sussex for 10,000 years; an indenture signed by Lord Lumley, selling his mansion Ludworth and property in the county of Durham; and an indenture signed by Lord Lumley confirming the sale of the manor house of Wheldrake, or Wheldricke, in Yorkshire.
